Our meals are created by Chef John in Endeavour II's Galley. As part of your booking request, you will be contacted in advance of your private charter to discuss your food and libation choices. This ensures that each meal is to your group's liking, taking into consideration diet needs and preferences. We focus on providing meals based upon a specific theme (ie: Asian, American, Italian). Guests are always amazed at what comes out of the galley! Some of Chef John's specialties include Italian and Asian appetizers and a variety of full course dinners.
